Terms and Conditions of Use
By using this site and its services, herein referred to as ("Service") you agree to the following applicable terms and conditions of use, as they may be amended from time to time.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you
agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
or password.
Security
We are a certified Level 1 Service Provider, our systems are scanned for compliance by TrustWave©. All of our services use SSL to encrypt the session to protect your personal and payment data, we use tokenization and hardware encryption for the storage of payment data at our secure facilities.
Payment Authorization
By providing the Service with your credit card, debit card or bank account information, you authorize the Service to follow your payment instructions and to debit or charge your credit card, debit card or bank account in the amount indicated in your payment instructions.
Recurring Payments Authorization
By providing the Service with your credit card, debit card or bank account for a recurring payment, you authorize the Service to process additional payments with your credit card, debit card or bank account information in the amount indicated by your initial payment instructions. We or the organization that is the recipient of the payment transaction may contact you electronically for updated payment credentials in the event that we are unable to authorize a future transaction. You may contact us or the organization to suspend or cancel a recurring authorization in accordance to the agreement between you and the organization that is the recipient of the transaction.

Refund Resolution Process
Corduro will investigate your claim, contact the payee/biller and, if the payee/biller does not provide, a full refund or evidence of a satisfactory resolution (which may include a valid reason to deny a refund request), Corduro will seek to collect the amount you paid from the payee/biller. If Corduro is able to recover funds from the payee/biller, Corduro will return those funds to you. CORDURO DOES NOT GUARANTY THAT YOUR REFUND REQUEST WILL BE HONORED BY THE BILLER/PAYEE. Complaints must be filed no later than 30 days from the date of payment. Only one Complaint Form may be filed per transaction. Corduro will seek to resolve the complaint within 45 days of the date the complaint is filed, though such time frame may be extended, if appropriate, to accommodate the investigation.
Information Collection
When you use the Service, the information that is collected will be managed in accordance to the following policy (www.corduro.com/policies/privacy) and by the organization privacy policy that receives your information.
